The hotel's location was marvellous, close to stores with shopping malls and a market within walking distance. The staff were courteous and superbly friendly, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Spacious suites enhance the family experience.
Our experience was overshadowed by several disappointments. The carpets in the Two-Bedroom Queen Suite were filthy, and to our dismay, our feet turned black after walking barefoot for just a short time. The room wasn't clean upon our arrival, with dust and spider webs in corners, unacceptable for a family stay. I had to constantly ensure my children didn't touch surfaces that looked neglected and dirty, diminishing our overall comfort.

Hotel as a whole is stunningly beautiful and absolutely great, I loved it.
Thank you for a real good stay. The hotel offers large and outstanding rooms with a separate bedroom and the kitchen, as for instance, I am very pleased about that.

Highly recommend for family stays
So we stayed in a Two-Bedroom Queen Suite that was just perfect. Full kitchen was a lifesaver, man, we saved a ton by cooking some meals instead of eating out. The breakfast downstairs was solid and the kids loved it, you know?
Yeah, it wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, worth it for what you get.

The breakfast selection offered a great variety, and the lady in charge ensured everything was fresh and well stocked. The two-bedroom suite provided ample space for our family with children.
